RPA (HK), Ltd. actively supports fact-based implementation of intelligent automation. Mrs. Lana Lo, Chief Information Systems Service Manager at MTR Corp. Ltd., conducted research on corporate adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for her doctoral studies at City University of Hong Kong. The survey objective was to collect feedback from individuals on corporate technological, organization and environmental aspects and also how likely it is that participants consider RPA usage.
